Manushaqe, 28, is a very a hardworking young woman with a great character. She lives with her family in a village where they work as farmers. She works hard every day to help provide for her family.

Manushaqe creates beautifully-embroidered work to sell. She inherited her livelihood from her mother who has also worked her whole life at the same art. She is very talented and sells her skillfully-sewn items to many customers in the village and a nearby town.

Manushaqe has applied for a 1,000 EUR loan through Kiva's field partner KosInvest to buy more embroidery supplies such as fabric and threads needed for her work. This will enable her to continue to work and help her family. She is grateful for the help.
