Hallie's story

The four partners of our team converged on Wisco Pop! from different parts of the food industry, but we’ve all consistently had a shared focus on sustainability and quality. Our founder, Austin Ashley gleaned intense knowledge from his time at farm to table restaurants as well as from cheesemaking, coffee roasting, gardening and canning. His wife Hallie has kept bees, chickens, gardened, and is no stranger to driving hours to bring home farm-fresh milk and yogurt. Zac Mathes joined the team in 2013 after running his own organic farm that supplied his mobile seed-to-plate wood-fired pizza company. Neal Olson, who joined this past winter, has a background in advertising and design, but left the rat-race to run his own bike-pulled, craft coffee bar in Brooklyn, NY. Like we said, all corners of the food world!

We produce our organic sodas in Viroqua, Wisconsin, one of the epicenters of organic farming in the country. Our proximity to so much sustainable agriculture has informed our vision for Wisco Pop!: to bring fresh, from-scratch, organic beverages to quality-conscious consumers far and wide!

We appreciate your consideration. We love making drinks for our friends.

This loan is special because:

It helps this Wisconsin organic soda company expand its inventory, broaden geographic reach, and increase employee benefits!
