A loan helped to construct additional rooms and purchase furniture for a school.

Iftikhar's story

Iftikhar is a 51-year-old married man who established a school six years ago. There are 93 students enrolled in the school and 57% of them are female students. The aim of the school is to help students from underprivileged families to achieve education with high standards. Iftikhar says he wants to develop inquiring, caring, and knowledgeable individuals who have positive contributions to the overall welfare of society.

Currently, the biggest challenge is a lack of classrooms and furniture in the school. He has requested an amount of 80,000 Pakistani rupees (PKR) to construct additional rooms and purchase furniture for the school.
