Estela is 20 years old and lives in a small village called Santa Rita in the north of Ecuador. She works growing tropical fruits such as cacao, banana, guava, and coffee.
Last year, she finished high school and this year she is working in agriculture full-time. She has much experience in this because it is something she has done since she was a child.
She is very dedicated in her studies, but her parents have not been able to afford the cost of university, so for now she is working in the fields and trying to save a little money to reach her goals in future.
