Mrs Sinh is standing at the third from left in the photo. She is 40 years old and is a widow with two children.

In this group, her circumstance is the most difficult as her husband passed away a long time ago. She has to work hard to foster her children and keep sending them to school.

Sinh lives in Thieu Hoa district, a rural town in Thanh Hoa province. She has worked in agriculture, raising cattle for 10 years. Her family is a low-income household in the village, and moreover the market need is low in this region.

The main hardship that Sinh faces is lack of capital. In 2012, Sinh joined Thanh Hoa microfinance institution to improve her business. Sinh has successfully repaid 5 loans from Thanh Hoa microfinance institution. She is requesting a loan to purchase baby cattle to raise and sell in the future.

With her business profit, Sinh hopes for her business to do well, for her children to find a good job, and for her family to be healthy and happy.
