A loan helped a member to buy fertilizer.

Vui's Group's story

Vui, born in 1983, is a Thai ethnic woman. She has been in the program of M7-MFI’s forerunner since January 2007. She is living with her husband and her two children, one son and one daughter in Mai Son district, Son La province.

Her family lives mainly based on the occupation of cultivation and breeding animals with the annual income of about VND 50 to 60 million. However, the income is just enough to cover the living expenses of the family and pay for her children’s education costs. She wants to buy fertilizer for the coffee field of her family but she does not have enough money. Therefore, she wants to borrow a loan for this purpose.

She hopes that the loan amount will help her family tend the coffee field well and the next harvest of coffee this year will bring a yield double again the previous year. She will work hard to get money to repay the loan for M7-MFI on time.
