A loan helped to buy a 10-tray baking oven, and a fermenter to make bread, pastries, and all kinds of food based on flour in order to generate greater income for her family.

Tatiana's story

Tatiana is a very hardworking person and has a great desire to start her own production business to bring her family a better future. She currently works as a dependent at an institution and lends her services with the greatest care and responsibility despite university training. She was excited to be a participant and study the track of BAKERY and CONFECTIONERY under the induction of FAUTAPO. With the educational training that she has in hand, she wants to create a business making bread, cakes, and other baked goods.

Tatiana is an enterprising woman and has every desire to have her own shop selling pastries, cakes, bread, and all kinds of flour-based foods. Tatiana has a certificate of approval from a course in bread- and cake-making and she is qualified to practice in her own way the industrial production of different bread products. For this she needs to purchase an oven for 10 baking trays, a fermenter, and inputs for the production of bread and other baked goods. Tatiana understands that it is good that she has a job. However she mentions that with the care she puts into her work at the institution, if she puts the same effort into her own business, it will grow and be beneficial for her because it will be her own.
