Etelvina is 48 years old, and she studied through fifth grade. She lived with her parents until she was 15 years old, and then she worked at various family homes. She got married at the age of 17, and she and her husband have eight children.
Five years ago, she was displaced by violence, and her husband was killed. Despite these difficulties, Etelvina decided to use her life savings to buy three hectares of land, where she has managed to cultivate one hectare of coffee.
She needs the help of friendly hands to finance the purchase of seeds, fertilizer, and some pesticides in order to plant a second hectare. This way, she hopes to earn a better income and secure a better future for her children.
