Nelly Rosario's story

Nelly is 66 years old. She is a single mother. She has three children and lives with her brother in the municipality of San Luis, Santa Barbara. She has worked selling food for several years, offering her customers dishes such as fried chicken, "baleadas" [flour tortilla folded in half with refried beans, cheese, cream, and other ingredients inside], enchiladas, tripe soup and more. Her business is in a dining area located in her home. She previously worked selling second-hand clothing.

Nelly currently needs to invest in the purchase of products such as chicken, vegetables and flour and equipment for her business such as tables and chairs, for which she is requesting 10,000 HNL which will be used to improve her business, fulfill customer requests and get more customers. Her goal is to better look after her customers, give her business a better appearance and to improve her family's quality of life.
