Manuela is a very generous, friendly and persevering woman. She is 47 years old and married. She has a lovely family, with two children between the ages of 10 and 12. Both attend school in the community of Caserío Pasac.
Manuela (who is the first from the right in the photograph, with a white blouse), works in the production of coffee. She has been in this business for 20 years. She also works growing bananas. Thanks to these two jobs she has moved her family forward. Both jobs are located in her community.
Manuela has leadership skills, which is why she represents the Pasac 9 group. Based on their needs, the group members are seeking a loan to buy agricultural supplies in order to provide maintenance to their coffee crops, which they truly need. Manuela hopes to obtain a good harvest at the end of the year and to improve the quality of life of her family.
