Sima hails from Nadia, West Bengal. She is an energetic and enterprising woman of 29 years who is married and the mother of a school-going child. She and her husband both have a primary education. Sima has been working as a seamstress with the active help of her husband. This work has allowed her to contribute to covering her household expenses.
Sima decided to grow their sewing business where she offers her services to the local people. She stitches garments both for gents and ladies. The clothing item she makes has acquired a very good customer base, which in turn has translated into a decent income. Sima currently wants to increase her production capacity, which is why she wants to purchase a sewing machine and supplies like fabric, thread, and needles. So she has asked for a loan. Sima believes a loan will enable her to make these purchases and also to achieve her dream of improving her family's quality of life. Sima hopes her sales will increase substantially so that in the future her business can grow and generate more income to strengthen her family financially.
Sima has formed a group with ten other women who seek funding to expand their respective businesses. Your loan will help these women earn better and save more for future needs. They are grateful to their lenders.
