Togo is a small country in Western Africa located between Benin and Ghana and is home to over 6 million people. French is the official language of Togo, but Éwé and Mina languages are also spoken here.

Traditional Togolese Foods:
Fufu: made from yam. The yam is first boiled and mashed into a dough. Dips and sauces are added to the dish.
Pates: made from maize floor and eaten with different sauces.
Riz Sauce Arachide: A peanut sauce that is cooked and eaten with rice.
