Partner description:
Conserva is a Mexican microfinance institution that grants microcredits to women, mainly in the southern states of Mexico. Conserva began operations in the year 2000 in the state of Chiapas, a location that continues as its main operating area. It was started with the idea of improving women´s quality of life through education and financing opportunities. Conserva has group-lending, individual lending and home improvement loans as well as life insurance. Conserva also has social programs focused on women's preventive health, financial education and environmental training.
