- I used to lend to 'pay it forward'because a friend's generosity helped me return to school. 2/13/24 I notice my profile has been edited to look like I'm an active lender and the specific reasons I no longer use Kiva's platform have been removed. THAT is a great example of why I stopped putting my money here.
