Luis is single and has no children. He lives with his parents and two siblings. He says that he has no relatives living abroad.
Luis' business is making hammocks to sell. He works with his parents from 6:00 am. to 3:00 pm. Luis learned the trade since he was 10 years old, thanks to his mother. Six years ago, he started his own business.
Luis has requested the loan because he needs financial resources to fortify his business. He will buy silk and polysilk thread to improve his hammock production. This way, he can meet the existing demand from his customers and also obtain more profits.
Luis' goals are to grow his business and to have financial stability so that he can put a new roof on his home.
