Carmen Eulalia

Carmen is 27 years old. She lives with her family and daughter in a family house left in inheritance from her grandparents to her mother. Coming from a family of scarce financial resources, she was only able to attend elementary school and then had to work as a day laborer in crops of the area. This has given her great experience in sowing and taking care of cacao plantations of exquisite aroma and unique flavor, because she has started to take care of her crops with organic inputs.

She wants to keep boosting her business and in the future, to have her own land where to sow and also to build her own house. For this she has to work with loans, and in this way little by little to increase her crops.

For now, she needs seeds, organic fertilizers and to pay for clearing her land. By working hard, she dreams of giving her daughter the opportunity to have the education she did not have and that her life will be different.
