Ledis Sara's story
Ledis is a rural woman, born in a humble family who has always worked in the countryside. Thanks to her parents’ teachings, nowadays she has a business in pig farming. She is a married woman and has a son.
Ledis’s spirit of achieving progress, her strong will and strength have motivated her to look for new options to move ahead. For this reason she is requesting the support of a loan with which she wants to pay to fix the pigpens, the roof and accessories such as feeding and drinking areas. This will also help her to increase her production to satisfy demand, resulting in obtaining more income to continue paying some family needs.
Ledis is grateful for the opportunity given by Corporación Interactuar and the KIVA lenders to support her business and in this way to move her productive unit forward. Additionally she hopes to have a positive impact in her income in order to continue helping her family’s finances.
