Shaheen

It was hard for Shaheen to manage her household expenses with the small income of her husband. Shaheen is 54 years old and a married woman. She is a mother of 4 children.

Some years ago, she started her business selling animals in her community. Her husband (the man in the photo) fully supports and assists her with her work.

Now she has requested a loan of 80,000 PKR. She wants to use this loan to purchase more cattle for reselling in the market.

Shaheen has gained great confidence in the business as she has learnt how to deal with other individuals within the business, allowing her to feel empowered.
