A loan of $1,975 helps to buy more buffaloes.

Lục's story
Mrs. Lục, 58 years old, lives with her family in Cẩm Thủy district. Her only child is now grown and has their own family.
With over thirty years of experience in farming, Mrs. Lục also works as a rubber latex harvester for local households. However, the demand for this service is low, making it difficult for her to earn a stable income. As a result, she belongs to a low-income household in her community.
To improve her family's financial situation, she has turned to Thanh Hóa MFI for her second loan. Her previous loan helped stabilize her family’s economy, and this time, she seeks funding to invest in livestock farming. She plans to use the loan to buy buffaloes, raise them, and later sell them for meat to generate more income. However, she faces challenges due to her home’s remote location, which makes transportation and market access more difficult.
Looking ahead, Mrs. Lục hopes for a healthy and happy family, a stable livelihood, and the ability to save money as a financial cushion for unexpected hardships such as illness or unemployment.
