Güneş, a 43-year-old married woman and mother of one, has always been a hardworking and determined individual. She completed her education in accounting and gained valuable experience by working in various jobs for ten years. However, her true passion led her to the world of handmade crafts, where she found both fulfillment and a source of income. To support her family, she started creating and selling handcrafted items from home.

In 2013, Güneş took her first step toward growing her business by using microcredit to purchase materials. Now, with the support she will receive through Kiva, she hopes to invest in more supplies, expand her craft business, and increase her earnings, ensuring a better future for herself and her family.
