Phương

Phương is 37 years old and lives with her family in Cẩm Thủy district. She has two children who are still in school and financially dependent on her. Her elder child is 14 years old and attending secondary school, while her younger is 8 years old and in primary school.

With over 15 years of experience in small-scale trading, Mrs. Phương and her husband run a stationery and photocopy shop. However, due to a lack of equipment, they are unable to fully meet customer demand, making it difficult to expand their business. Despite their efforts, the family remains in the low-income category in their community.

This is her sixth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI, as previous loans have helped improve their livelihood. She is now seeking additional funding to invest in her business, specifically to purchase a printer to enhance customer service.

One of her biggest challenges is dealing with customers who buy on credit, affecting her cash flow.

In the future, Phương hopes for a healthy and happy family, improved business conditions, and the ability to purchase more equipment to support her growing business.
