Lý

Lý is 53 years old and lives alone in the Quảng Xương district. She has three children. Her two eldest sons are married and have their own families, while her youngest son is in his second year of university and still depends on her for financial support.

With over 16 years of experience in small-scale trading, Lý works as a hawker. However, her income fluctuates depending on customer demand, averaging only $265 per month, placing her in the low-income category in her community.

This is her ninth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI. Her previous loans have helped improve her family's situation. She is now seeking additional funding to expand her small business by purchasing items such as glasses, wallets, keychains, cotton swabs, and belts to sell.

Despite her hard work, she faces challenges, including the difficulty of living far from the town center. In the future Lý hopes for her son to succeed in his studies, and that the number of customers buying her merchandise is more stable, allowing her to save money for a more secure and stable old age.
