Santos Margarita's story
Santos is requesting another loan to reinvest in her new business. She will be able to improve her coffee harvest to meet excellent demand. She will buy fertilizers, insecticides, mulch, and agricultural lime to give good care to her coffee crop.
The previous loan permitted her to invest in her poultry farm. The result was positive, but the animals on the farm became ill and did not survive. Therefore she took the decision to stop that business. Santos needed to reinvest, and so eight months ago she began to grow coffee. She works from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. She learned the skill from her parents.
Santos's family group has the same number of members. Her current economic situation has allowed her to cover the basic needs of her family and to improve her house.
