Madam Maimouna, who is shown on the right of the photo with her hand raised, is the group representative. She is 55 years old and married, with five children, one of whom is a girl. She is also responsible for two nieces. For several years, her main business has been selling honey, myrrh and peanuts.
With her new loan, she intends to increase her supply of goods. The profits she makes will be used to contribute to her family's daily expenses and for savings.
