Huệ's story

Mrs. Huệ, a 46-year-old woman, has been married for many years and is the mother of three children. Her eldest son has already entered the workforce, while her two younger children are still attending school. The family resides in a rural area of Hoằng Hóa district, where they work hard to make ends meet.

Her husband is a manual laborer, taking on various manual jobs to support the family. Meanwhile, Mrs. Huệ has been running a small convenience store from her home for over a decade. Despite her dedication, the store generates a modest income of approximately $260 per month, which is just enough to cover the family's basic expenses.

To overcome this obstacle, Mrs. Huệ has applied for a loan from Thanh Hóa MFI, a microfinance institution that she has been a client of since 2011. She is hopeful that with this financial support, she can successfully grow her business, improve her family's standard of living, and secure a brighter future for her children.
