Jorge Abraham's story

With more than 10 years of experience in the trade, the borrower manages his own business, repairing and selling tires. Strategically located on the main road at the entrance of the municipality, he has his shop, the necessary equipment, and a permanent employee to meet demand. He repairs an average of 20 tires daily, charging between HNL 80 and HNL 100 for small vehicles and between HNL 150 and HNL 250 for large vehicles.

He complements his income by raising and fattening pigs, maintaining an inventory of 24 animals of the Pietrain, Duroc, and Landrace breeds. This approach permits him to sell piglets with good genetics for HNL 1,500 each, benefiting from a solid market in the area. He also generates additional income selling soft drinks and juices in a place next to the tire shop.

He will use the requested loan to buy tires for trucks, cars, motorcycles, and motor oil to stock his business and meet increasing customer demand. His dream is to strengthen his business, improve his capacity to serve customers and ensure economic stability for his family.

He is grateful to Kiva for the support provided, which will be fundamental to continue growing and consolidating his business.
