The idea of creating a women’s group crame from a group of friends. One of the members told her companions that they could work together to get ahead and achieve their goals. They are from the city of Concepción, a difficult region because of the presence of armed groups. Everyone helps each other to improve and get ahead.
One of the women is Zulma Victoria who is the president of the group. She is an active person who strives to get ahead to give the best to her children. She is married.
