Segundo Iginio

Segundo is 65 years old, a rural older adult who lives with his spouse and children in a humble house he rents to the north of the city. This hardworking, honest, and responsible man has had to work from a very young age as he comes from a family of limited resources. Living in such a hard situation, he has wanted to change this reality for his children and, for this, he has made such an effort in his life.

Apart from working as a mason and day laborer, a year ago Segundo began his activity raising small animals for consumption, which he sells live and prepared. In this way, he has managed to generate the sustenance for his household in a dignified way.

Segundo seeks financial support to be able to purchase free range hens, creole chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, and also dietary supplements, which help him keep his animals very well cared-for and fed. So, he gets better income at the time of selling them. His greatest motivation are his children and he wants them to be able to get a complete higher education and to have their own house.
