Geofrey
A loan of $625 helps to purchase farm inputs.

Geofrey's story
Geofrey, a 46-year-old married father of three children under 18, is an experienced farmer and tea trader with over 20 years in the business. Earning an average monthly income of KES 15,000, he has established a stable but growing venture by purchasing and reselling high-quality tea leaves. Seeking his second loan of KES 80,000 from Vision Fund Kenya, he plans to invest in farm inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides, and seedlings, as well as expand his stock of tea leaves for resale.
With this investment, Geofrey aims to increase productivity, boost sales, and generate higher revenue to facilitate timely loan repayment. His long-term aspiration is to strengthen his agribusiness, enhance financial stability, and improve his family's living standards by securing a better future for his children.
