María has a high school education, is in a relationship and her partner currently works in agriculture. She has three children, two of which are minors and attend school.

María runs a basic grocery store which she started through much effort as a means to earn an income to get ahead. She attends to customers from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Before this she sold clothing.

She needs a loan to buy corn, beans, rice, sweets, beverages, bread and other products to sell in her store.

María dreams of her children getting a university education and becoming professionals.
