Maria Graciela's story
Maria is 39 years old and lives happily with her children in a mixed-use home after her divorce from the father of her children. They are studying in public schools in the rural sector of Tixan.
Maria is dedicated to agriculture, raising small animals, and selling clothing from her indigenous culture such as embroidered skirts and blouses.
She recently began plowing land to plant onions, corn, and potatoes in plots and therefore requires financial help to buy the agricultural supplies necessary for planting.
Her knowledge about the handling of these seeds was acquired from her parents who are humble farmers, so she has vast experience and this has allowed her to improve her cultivation techniques, obtaining a quality production.
In the future she wants to have a farm where she can grow a variety of products and she also wants to see her children become professionals.
