Previously, she was a domestic worker, but for the last 11 years, she's been an ambulant salesperson, selling merchandise, such as clothing and shoes, in different neighborhoods and colonies of her community.
She is requesting a loan of 17,000 Lempiras ($675 USD) to buy underwear and stock up her inventory. This loan will allow her to offer more variety of products to her clients and improve sales.
Her main goal is to turn into a great businesswoman and provide her family with a better quality of life, and have her own business premises.
