Meirzhan's story
Meirzhan is 45 years old and lives in the village of Birinshi with his wife and son. He has been in the livestock business for 25 years, starting with just one animal.
Over the years, Meirzhan expanded his herd of small cattle and has now grown to 18 heads of small cattle and 12 heads of other livestock.
This year, Meirzhan decided to purchase a couple of horses to further diversify his business. Usually he buys livestock, feeds them for 3 months, then sells them at a higher price in the market.
While Meirzhan initially managed the entire livestock trade himself, now he is supported by his wife and son, who share his passion and dedication for the business. Together, they have built a successful family-run operation.
