Mona, a 52-year-old Jordanian mother of five, is a hard-working and determined woman who dreams of creating a better future for her children. With her husband working as a scrap collector, the family has faced financial challenges, but Mona's resilience and resourcefulness have inspired her to take action and make a difference.

Living in an area with a significant Tukman population, Mona identified a unique opportunity to meet a local need. She noticed a growing demand for sewing services, particularly for repairing and customizing tents, which are essential to the community’s way of life. Recognizing this gap, Mona decided to launch a small sewing business from her home, offering specialized services that are both practical and valuable to her neighbors.

To grow her business and better meet the increasing demand, Mona is seeking a loan of 700 JOD. This funding will allow her to purchase essential raw materials, such as fabric, thread, and sewing tools, enabling her to take on more orders and expand her services. With this loan, Mona aims to increase her income and contribute even more meaningfully to her family’s well-being.
