Soha's story
Soha, a Jordanian woman in her early fifties and a mother of four, is married to a husband who is a blacksmith, working hard to provide his family with dignity and contentment. However, as a supportive housewife with a passion for cooking, she started her home-based cooking business to help with the family's financial responsibilities. She asked for a loan of 1,500 JOD to buy an electric oven, kitchenware, and necessary supplies for her business. Due to her experience and mastery of food preparation, she is pursuing a bigger dream of opening her own restaurant with her signature cuisines.
