Amira
A loan of $1,975 helps to buy threads, fabrics, and necessary tools for her home-based sewing business.

Amira's story
Amira, a Jordanian woman in her thirties and a mother of three, is married to a husband employed at Al-Hassan Sports City. Amira is a supportive woman who refused to stand still while watching her husband strive to secure their family's needs, especially during these difficult economic times. Therefore, she started her home-based sewing business and asked for a loan of 1,400 JOD to buy threads, fabrics, and necessary tools for her business. With her efforts, she believes she can expand her sewing business into a larger workshop that would help increase her profit.
