Saul, 59 years old, lives with just his spouse in the hamlet of Bajo Ihuamaca, a place where he works growing organic coffee and raising cattle. Saul is an organized producer who sells the coffee through his agricultural cooperative and will use this loan to purchase soil amendments and pay laborers to weed the coffee plants.
