Alzira, the first person in the photo from left to right, left her city and came to São Paulo seeking work and new opportunities. She began working as a housekeeper, and she also worked as a cashier. Later, she saw an opportunity to boost her income by selling fashion jewelry in 2013. Since then, she has kept her business going and acquired new customers.
With the loan, she plans to buy earrings, necklaces, and pendants to increase her stock.
