A loan of $1,150 helps to buy clothes for her home-based clothing business.

Lama's story
Lama, a Jordanian woman in her twenties and a mother of two, is married to a husband who works for the greater Amman municipality. Due to increasing financial responsibilities, the family's income was barely sufficient to cover all of their needs.
Lama decided to start her home-based clothing business to help improve their living conditions. She asked for a loan of 800 JOD to buy clothes for her business, hoping to achieve success and empower herself with financial support that would bring her stability and independence.
