Ligia Josselyn's story
Ligia is 25 years old. She lives with her family in the parish of Cahuasqui, in the canton of Urcuqui, in the province of Imbabura.
From the time Ligia left school, she took a sewing class and was also seeking work. She works as a domestic employee in the city of Ibarra and on her free days, she returns to her home to work as a seamstress. These are jobs that allow her to earn income to help with family expenses.
Ligia asks for a loan to buy a straight sewing machine and to improve the exterior of the locale to be able to continue working in her sewing workshop and to have the possibility to work at her business full time.
