A loan of $1,975 helps to buy a few buffalo to raise.
Khuyến's story
Mrs. Khuyến, a 56-year-old woman from the Mường ethnic group in Vietnam, lives in Như Thanh District with her family. She is married and has two children, both of whom are now financially independent and no longer live with her. Mrs. Khuyến has over 12 years of experience in farming. In addition to her agricultural work, she also takes domestic help jobs locally to earn extra income. Despite her hard work, her family belongs to the low-income group in her community.
Mrs. Khuyến is applying for a second loan from Thanh Hoá MFI to improve her livestock farming. Specifically, she plans to use the loan to purchase a few buffalo to raise, which would help her increase her income and improve her financial situation.
Looking ahead, Mrs. Khuyến hopes for a better future for her family. She wishes for them to stay healthy, happy, and prosperous, so that they can save money for emergencies, such as illness or unemployment. Additionally, she hopes to overcome the challenges posed by her home being located far from the central areas, making it more difficult to access resources.
