A loan of $1,975 helps to purchase three breeding cows to raise.
Quyên's story
Mrs. Quyên, a 48-year-old woman, is married and has three children, all of whom are currently attending school. Her family lives in a rural area of Nông Cống district.
The family’s income comes from various sources: her husband earns wages as a construction worker, while Mrs. Quyên contributes by cultivating rice, raising livestock, and working at a local handicraft workshop that produces bamboo and rattan products. Despite their efforts, the couple’s combined monthly income is approximately $530, which is just enough to cover their basic needs.
To improve her family’s financial situation, Mrs. Quyên has a plan to purchase three breeding cows. She intends to raise the cows for about a year, allow them to reproduce, and then sell the calves for a profit. However, her savings are insufficient to cover the cost of the cows. As a result, she is seeking a second loan from Thanh Hóa MFI to make her plan a reality.
Mrs. Quyên hopes that this investment will help her improve her family’s income and provide a better future for her children.
