Huyên's story

Mrs. Huyên, a 50-year-old woman, is married and has four children. Her two eldest children are married, while her twin daughters are currently university students studying far from home. She and her husband live in a small house in a rural area of Quảng Xương district.

Mrs. Huyên's husband works as a construction worker, while she engages in rice farming, raising pigs and chickens, and taking on hired labor for local families. Despite their hard work, the family’s income is unstable, and they are classified as a near-poor household under the government's multidimensional poverty criteria.

To improve her family's income, Mrs. Huyên plans to purchase additional piglets, sows, and animal feed. However, she lacks the necessary capital for this investment. She is applying for a loan from Thanh Hóa MFI, where she has been a customer since 2012.

Mrs. Huyên hopes that within four months, she will be able to sell her pigs and generate a better income to improve her family’s living conditions. In the future, she aspires to achieve financial stability and provide more support for her children’s education.
