Mai

Mai, a 49-year-old woman, lives with her family in a coastal area of Quảng Xương district. She is married, and while her older children are grown, her youngest child, aged 14, is still attending school.

For over a decade, Mai has been selling fresh and processed seafood at the local market, while her husband works as a fisherman. Together, they earn around $550 per month, an income that is just enough to cover their living expenses.
