A loan of $1,575 helps to buy more cows to raise.
Mơ's story
Mrs. Mơ, 32 years old, is married and part of an ethnic minority group in Vietnam. She lives in Thường Xuân District with her family, including her three children and elderly mother. Her eldest child, 17, helps her with farming tasks like growing sugarcane and raising livestock, while her two younger children are still in school. With over 10 years of farming experience, Mrs. Mơ works tirelessly to provide for her family despite their challenges. They live in a remote area, making access to resources difficult, and their household is classified as near-poor in the local community.
Mrs. Mơ is applying for her first loan from Thanh Hoá MFI organzation to expand her livestock farming. She plans to use the loan to purchase additional cows to raise, to boost her family’s income. Investing in livestock will not only enhance her farming productivity but also provide a more stable and sustainable source of earnings.
Mrs. Mơ’s ultimate dream is to secure a better future for her children. Additionally, she aspires to save enough money to build a new home with improved living conditions for her family.
