Lệ is a 58-year-old disadvantaged woman with a strong will and a kind heart. She lives in Nông Cống District. Life has been challenging for her since losing her husband at an early age, which left her solely responsible for supporting her family. Despite these difficulties, Lệ has worked tirelessly as a domestic helper and farmer for over 30 years. However, her family remains a low-income household in the locality.

In spite of her advancing age and declining health, Lệ is determined to improve her family’s living conditions. To achieve this, she is seeking a second loan from Thanh Hóa Microfinance Institution to purchase three healthy breeding cows. Her plan is to raise the cows and sell their offspring after one year. With the profits, she hopes to improve her family’s income and build up some savings for her later years.

Looking ahead, Lệ hopes to maintain her health and see her cows thrive, which will enable her to achieve a better quality of life and financial security.
