Tuyết

Mrs. Tuyết is a 57-year-old woman who has been married for many years. All her children are now grown, leaving her and her husband to live together in a small house nestled in the mountainous region of Cẩm Thủy district.

For over 30 years, the couple has been engaged in small-scale farming, growing rice and corn primarily for their own consumption. Additionally, they raise livestock and work as hired laborers for local farms in the area to earn extra income. Despite their hard work, their earnings are modest and barely sufficient to sustain their daily needs.

One of their sources of income is a small fishpond they own, where they raise freshwater fish. The couple harvests fish approximately every 1-2 years and sells them to generate additional income. Recognizing the potential to improve their fish farming, Mrs. Tuyết is seeking her second loan from Thanh Hoa MFI. She plans to use the funds to purchase more fish fingerlings and animal feed, which will help expand their production and ultimately improve their livelihood.
