Ruth's story
Ruth, 48, is a married woman from Rwamwijuka, Isingiro district in Western Uganda. She has eight children between the ages of 12 and 30 years old. Three of her children attend school.
Ruth is a banana farmer and also deals in the goat trade. She has applied for a loan from EBO SACCO to help her buy manure to fertilize her banana plantation in order to boost yields.
