Aminah is a 50-year-old mother of 3 children, who separated from her husband. She lives in the nearby town, where she owns a hotel, which she has done for the last 14 years. She is so passionate also about farming food crops, such as beans among others.
This has created unsatisfied demand for meals in her hotel. Aminah wants to buy more varieties of food she can cook in her hotel, increasing her customer base and satisfaction and raising enough income to sustain her business and cater for family expenses.
