A loan of $1,775 helps a member to buy cows.
Ang Cang 146 Group's story
Doi is an ethnic minority woman living in a remote northwest commune in Viet Nam with her husband. In this photo she stands on the right.
Living in a place where agriculture is the primary source of income for every household, her family is no exception. She and her husband work in the fields every day. Along with cultivation, she raises cows, chickens and ducks as an additional income.
She has a lot of available forage to feed cows, so she wants to buy more cows to expand her business and increase her income. However, at this time she does not have enough capital. Therefore she applied to get this loan to fulfill her purpose.
If the business goes well she will use that profit to pay for her family's expenses. She hopes for her family to have a healthy and happy life and for her business to do well.
